Everyone find something they can't stand around their house. Try older toys, interesting old magazines, post cards, prints, interesting old mounted photos, 1950s airline schedules, military medals, patches, and if you really want to clean up, try old fishing lures.....it sounded nuts to me years ago, but check out the prices realized on ebay...
Also bear in mind that a large, fragile, flat item is a real PITA to pack up. Lots of artsy stuff is heavy, and delicate.
