Sorry bud, but they did for me. I'm an old fart (45) and have had these buggars for about 15 years. I thought I might grow out of them. Might as well wish for a 12 inch penis (same chances).
Mine have gotten progressively more painful, but less frequent. They used to come three times a year, then twice a year, now only about once a year. But when they come.... watch out.
