It depends on the individual. However long you remission normally lasts is typically how long you will get once the CH has been reset. So if your remission lasts 6 months and you take a dose 3 months prior to the normal kick off time then your episode will arrive 6 months after that - 3 months late.
So in truth it doesn't matter in that case provided you redose regularily at 5-6 month intervals. If you remission is 12 months then dose now, and repeat in 11-12 months. If your remission is 3 years... then so on.
