The Imitrex nose spray is not really good, actually they aggrivate CH even more so. The taste is nasty and actually ineffective. Try the imitrex injections for a while. You will get better results, along with oxygen at dial 15, which is full throttle for 15 minutes. It works, I have been diagnosed for 18 years and the Imitrex works the best and sometimes prednizone taper for 5 days. Good Luck and you are not alone, I live in hell too,,, Mike
