Hi Mike,
I'd say yes to all the things on your list except sound, I hear nothing that I don't focus on hearing while under attack.
I do have to ask however ... what in the world would posses you to shake your head? Is this uncontrollable?
I find that I must keep my head as still as possible during an attack, not only to lessen the pain in my head, but also my neck.
I used to lock my head in pillows, or against the floor or a wall and press it there tightly.
Now, however, I can do nothing (see post above: Can't touch this...).
Just the tought of shaking my head at any time kinda hurts now! Is this something you can't control?
