Wow, I could not have described my cycle better! I too always have a 6 months cycle and everything works in the beginning and not a thing when it peaks. I don't know that there is anything out there to really help when they are at their worst. I just don't know how chronic sufferers do it! I don't know how long you have had them but mine eventually went from every two years and are now at every three years. Something to look forward to!
