If your first dosages were not too unpleasant, then you may want to increase each succeeding dose by 50% just to see if it gives you more than a month relief.

It stands to reason that chronic clusterheads will get relief for shorter periods of time than episodics will, although we have had reports from some chronics who got six months or more relief between doses.

Another option might be to try a small dose of LSD. I know of at least one chronic who is quite firm in his belief that LSD gives him better results than the mushrooms do.

I think the most important thing is to do another dose as soon as you are positive that the CH is returning (not just a single "breakthrough" headache). It is ESSENTIAL not to let THE BEAST re-establish himself... bomb him with a fair-size dose and KEEP bombing him until he gives up.

It might be that you will get 6 or 8 weeks relief out of the next dose, then three or four months, etc.

I wish I could be more certain about this, but we just don't have enough data to be able to say with 100% certainty that stategy A is better than strategy B.

Please keep us informed of your progress, whether it is positive or negative. The more information we have the better we will be able to fine-tune things.
