Nice to have you aboard. Mine appear to be seasonal, so alergies (to exactly what?) seem to play a part. Tried most things for the episodic form of cluster HAs. Things that work for me: To abort an ongoing attack - Oxygen, lidocaine ointment 5% on cotton swab into the nose far enough to hit the nerve. Melatonin (10mg 2 hours before bedtime) helps me sleep deeper and sometimes right through a CH. Sometimes anagesics help mask the pain somewhat up to a level 3-4, but clusters seem to respond differently to pain killers seem to be of doubtful real value. If it's any consolation, it took me over 20 years to get a good diagnosis. Best advice -- find what works for you. We'll all be happy to share results of specific things with you. For best response from me, email direct. Best Wishes
Bob H.
