There is no law agin knee bends sit-ups jumpin jacks...er Jills...while wearing the bag....sure it scares the household pets...but the kids love it.
My son looks freaked when i sit and moan but just get me up... bag flappin...air bag that is.... in my Pooh shorts....now that's entertainment.
Amount?...if the bag deflates before yer finished inhalin ...then up the flow....if you can't empty it ...then yer OK....it's pure O2...forget the dial...the bag tells the story.
