The really ironic thing about all that was, that if Chamb had just arrived and introduced him/herself first, and described his/her symptoms and what's going on in his/her life, with relation to cluster headaches, we probably WOULD have listened to the Tibet story a little further down the road.
It's a tough room to play sometimes, and coming on like gangbusters right off the bat isn't always the best plan. I think it's human nature to shut that out and put it off to kookiness when you don't know someone. Too familiar, too fast.
Aren't we an odd bunch.
