Hope your neuro will find something to help...Hubby took Remeron and it helped a little with the depression...no impact on the clusters. He had taken Serzone previously, but doc felt it was aggravating clusters...Now that his cycle is over, is back on the Serzone...Remeron caused weight gain...others experience weight loss..go figure!! Don't know what preventative(s) you're taking. Verapamil worked pretty well for Lee. Good luck, Katrina
