My birthday is overshadowed with yet another tragedy. It seems every year something bad either happens the day before, or on my birthday. This year is no exception, I am afraid.
Someone I know from Granite City has been missing since Monday. All I have known and all that has been on the news is that he didn't show up for work Monday, and they found his house in disaray with signs of a struggle and blood. They reported they found his car last night, but no trace of him. They just updated the news, his body has been found and they have 3 people in custody. From knowing this guy and his temperament, why anyone would want to hurt him is beyond me. I am afraid he may have been the victim of a hate crime. Right now my stomache is turning, and don't think I will feel much like celebrating tomorrow.
Please say a prayer for the Keller family.
