Cluster and Chronic are very contradictory words, histaminic

is more of the nature of these headaches, but that one doc,(save me the time of looking it up) emphasized the episodic nature of these headaches and coined the term clusters, surprised he didn't use the word bunch or grouped headaches as if the word episodic is too complex for the lay brain, or is that lame brain. But yet cronic clusters are accepted and this phrase would drive any legal minded English speaking person insane.

Many diseases or afflictions are named after the discoverer (who in the hell is Crohn's) or some symptom of the disease such as yellow fever, maybe railroad spiked red eyed headaches would be more appropiate, but is way too long, perhaps we should have a contest for a new name for this affiction, I certaining don't favor the cluster name, but would have to give it a lot more thought, with over 750,000 words in the English language, you would think one would fit, but maybe a new word needs to be invented.
