If Imitrex does not work (the same here) you have to choose between O2, cold or warm air, or packs (it depends how it work with you, I got relief with hot air for 5 years, then switched to cold!).
On the preventative side you could try the WaterX3 treatment, mushroom treatment, or the usual (but ask your doc) meds: verapamil, prednisone lithium, etc.....
