Maximum Strength Orajel, a small dap on my baby finger and put some in the affected nostril, stings a little, but quickly clams the whole area down and causes the nose to run, finish off the job with a Kleenex and go on my way, beats beating my head against the wall for an hour, and much more comfortable than soaking my head in a bucket of ice water, O2 works really great, if you don't have a co-payment with your health insurance, mortgage the house, and imitrex does not work for everyone, I personally hate the stuff, but happy it works for some.
