Hi, I am currently suffering from severe insomnia, fatigue, and depression. My doctor suspects that I might have a mood disorder, but it's too early to tell. He wants to put me on either Neurontin or Topomax. I don't really understand the relationship between these drugs and mood disorders. All of the anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds and sleeping pills I've tried thus far to help my sleep have all left me with unbearable and dangerous side effects-I'm terrified to try a new drug.
