I was taking MSM (26,000mg) per day long before I started the B-1,B-6,B-12 injections. I think it was well over 1-1/2 years. I have the details in my 33 page report log. I have a theory, and again it is only "MY" theory. Because the base problem is in the Trigeminal Nerve, it is very difficult to get the nerve to repair itself. For some unknown reason to me, the MSM works with the human body and goes directly to the damage areas of the body and starts repair work. The B complexes then assist in the repair process now that they have a direct path the the damaged area. I am sorry that I don't know exactly what is going on, but it works for me. The only side effect for the MSM at any dosage is that your hair & finger nails grow faster and stronger. I really love the stuff.
