Try flooding yourself with water today (that is, if you don't have an existing medical problem, such as kidney or liver damage). See if it helps break the cycle a little. This is when Mike first tried the water treatment - at the peak of his worst cycle ever - and it did break the cycle within about 24 -36 hours. He was med free at the time and drank a glass (8 oz) of water every half hour while he was awake.
