Thanks for responding, I am sorry that The HC was not able to help your family member. Migraines too are complex disorders.

The reason they won't let you speak to a Doctor is we field more than 20 Calls per day, sometime up to 60 and every one wants a speak to the Doctor. If they did then no-one would get treated cause He'd spend all his time arguing. But I understand that it just doesn't cut it for people who've done as much research as you all have.
