Yes, it sounds familiar. Endless discussions with maybe nine or ten doctors, lots of prescriptions for sinus problems, one operation and then the guy who said, "No, you don't have sinusitis. You have something else. If it comes back, come back and see me." I'd already told him it had been going on for about fifteen years. Then he gave me a prescription for a nose spray. Oddly, I haven't been back there. Didn't fill the prescription either. Your problem sounds normal. Good luck.
