I think most OC sleeping pills are counterproductive in the fight against CH: The 'better' you sleep, the more advanced are the attacks when they wake you up, making it harder to fight them.

However, there are two promising approaches:

Melatonin supplement, see some threads in the last few days: Melatonin and relief at last....
The anti motion sickness drug Dimenhydrinate (Dramamine, Gravol) which prevents the REM sleep phase, and that's when the demon finds you. Margi is plugging this all the time, I wonder why she hasn't shown up yet :-)
