Let me state first of all, I don't know if I will be able to attend..but if I am able......
I like Atlanta or Dallas...because of air connections.
I like June or September because of the heat.
It would be great to have physican(s) to address the convention, but we will need a firmed up plan to invite speakers, and they will probably need to plan ahead.
