Not everyone is unsympathetic. I've just spent several hours searching the web for information for a friend (coworker)who suffers from cluster headaches and is in the middle of a cycle. I've seen he in unimaginable agony and have felt helpless to assist him.
We get him into a dark, sound proof room; provide oxygen; pick up his medications; drive him home when necessary.
If you have other suggestions, they would be appreciated.
