Stadol, as I understand, is an opiate (opium derivative)
It is highly addictive. Your relative may need
a detox treatment, long sometimes, as well as
proffesional psychological help. The first hurdle
to overcome will be denial on his/her part. Once
that falls by the way side, treatment may begin.
