You are the closest to me I've seen yet on the board. My neuro originally argued that it wasn't clusters cuz I told him some of them went 4-6 hours. I think if you work on charting em you'll eventually find what I did. That the headache itself lasts about an hour....the trailing pain of your head resisting it makes your head hurt, nausea etc. remain. My cycles are like yours, usually 6 months apart but sometimes the damn things will last for 6 months without let-up. I hope you've found relief but if not lithium when on cycle, along with oxygen and cafergot for the break thru's has been my savior. Hope you are finding help, peaceful days and quiet nites to you!
