Part of the problem seems to be that most pharmacists wouldn't want to manufacture an illegal drug even if it cured cancer!!! They've known for decades how effective LSD is against migraine - they even used to manufacture and prescribe it as a treatment. Since LSD became associated with recreational drug use they stopped and switched to the infinately less effective and infinately more dangerous ergotamine and methysergide.
The bottom line is that they don't have the balls to use something once it's been tarred with the illegal brush. Witness the latest crap where they tried to make an THC free form of grass to treat MS - of course it didn't work since the THC is the bit that helps!!! If someone figured out that crushing up an aspirin and smoking it through a coke can got you high then we'd all be shunted onto ibuprofen.
That's my rant for the week. Back to work.
