Dear Brent...thanks for your input. I'll investigate the two products you mentioned. Tell me, h ow long have you been on them?? As for my doctors, they're totally perplexed, but workable. They know that my spouse and I have launched our own research into these things, and they've been great to work with so far. They've been honest enough to admit it perplexes them, and we've been forwarding our findings to them. We've kept good charts on these kamikaze attacks (pretty detailed) and several months ago, began marking each one on our kitchen calendar. The last visit to my doctor, I tossed the calendar on the examining table, and told him to have a look. His jaw dropped! "My God, you're in constant pain!" (I already knew that, but a graphic demonstration did wonders for his education!) We mark these attacks in red in - can't miss em! It's nearly impossible to rush to the doctors during an attack, because by the time you get there, it's finished its monstrous activity - but one picture (or one calendar) has been worth a thousand words. I'm questioning the "nocturnal" part of these attacks, and wonder if we're all exosed to something during the day, which builds to a climax during the night and hits. Of course, my theory requires closer examination since I myself am not having them during the day too. And haven't tried straight oxygen yet (thought we bought an oxygen tank.) My spouse a approached me with the oxygen mask during an attack, and I freaked at anything else coming into my system during the attack. Stupid, I know, and I'll try again. Question, I wonder what the rest of you do for a living, what your work and neighborhood environments are like? There must be common denominators somewhere - geographically, environmentally, physically - something! We didn't just "luck out" by suffering with these things. There's an answer somewhere, we just have to find it and get the hell away from what's causing it! F.C.
