You just need it, and even if it doesn't help, it helps.
Don't feel guilty about not making the world an ideal place for your 3-year old. The world isn't. And if a 3-year old learns that from his mother, whos has proved again and again that she loves him, he will be a better, compassionate child and grow up, hopefully, to be a great person.
Ask Kathi about her child. I have seen posts like hers on this board. And why should you be too grand to accept the imperfect help and perfect love of a small child.
I hope you're feeling better. I hope things will work out.
And come back to vent if you need it.
