Thanks Henk. I'm glad to hear it helps you and sorry to hear that you are chronic. I can't imagine being chronic with these things. This is the second time that I am trying verapamil. I know many people here have had good results but I find it very hard to take. Not only do I have a dull headache, but it makes me nauseous and light headed. I think I will just go back to the oxygen and imitrex. So much time wasted on these headaches! It drives you mad. Thanks for yor response.
