Does marihuana help??????????

Hello all

I am a friend of a CH sufferer and I was thinking although it is in al lot of countries illegal but does marijuhana (I think I didn't spell it right but you know what I mean!?) help, and who has got experience with it, it is at least a lot more healthier then the heavy medicines I read you people use.

Please give me some info
