My cycle may have begun, but since I am on Verapamil,I don't know whether it's Vera making them hold their breath or whether they are not developing beyond ghostly reproductions of a CH. Just the discomfort, not the pain.

My cycles don't come regularly, but they always pick the holidays, short ones (5 day trips, weekends) or alonger ones, in my own country or abroad..... After they start, they run their course a couple of weeks.

And what the H is red tie? I do live on the North Sea Coast (seems to have something to do with it).

No, I am not particularly stressed just before a cycle. I am always more or less stressed, but Itry to wind down before going on vacation.

I don't have orange peel skin.
And referring to your post the other day (neurotransmitters and such) I think it would be more precise to say all that is going in the brain, instead of in the mind. Brains are tangible. Mind is a concept. I think. Therefore... okay Descartes, come back, all is forgiven.
