I'm trying real hard to remember all of this. Did you have something specific in mind here ... too much? too little? I'm trying to figure out where you are going here. If I recall, C-AMP is a scondary messenger that changes the potential of the post synaptic membrane .. opens or closes ion channels. I know that calcium channel blockers have been touted as being effective in CH (don't know from experience, haven't tried them). Help me thread all of this together.
