About 3-4 months ago, mine went from being left-sided pain 95% of the time to right-sided 75% of the time. You're headaches last 10 - 20 hours? You might want to take the Cluster Quiz to the left of the board and see a neurologist that specializes in headaches to see if it really is CHs that you get. That seems kind of long for a cluster attack.
