Annemarie, I just got done checking with my pharmacy and they told me " Methylsulfonylmethane ( MSM ) will not cause lightheadedness, but Verapamil will. Verapamil lowers your blood pressure and can cause the lightheadedness. If I can help with anything more please just ask. TerryS
