Most everyone understands.

It's not canceled on you.

You don't have to wait 2 months to get it.
No tests or exams.
Nothing to remember to take every so many hours.
You don't need to go get it.
You can't frown and smile at the same time.
You don't need water to take it or haul it around with you.
People don't look at you funny when you are doing it.
It's low cost.
You don't have to wait for a cure.
It gives rewards.
BUT...You can catch it from some one else!
All people smile in the same language.
