Do you get headaches at the same time every day? If so try breaking the tablet in half and take it before you expect to get the headache. It may take a smaller dose to prevent it.It seems that Imitrex makes more sense for cluster and zomig is better for migraine. Do you have the stomach to try an injection? If so talk to yourdoctor about my recommendation in the previous message.
