I have TMJ too, and there are times that if my right side of my jaw pops, it will feel better, but will trigger a cluster attack. They told me when I was diagnosed with TMJ that it can cause some wicked headaches on it's own, but since I already have a H/A condition(Clusters), the TMJ can aggravate that.
