Fiorinal can be very dangerous. I have experienced side effects such as acute anxiety (panic), not to mention the danger of habituation. I have also heard that it can lead to schizophrenia but I am still researching that. Craig: your stockpiling suggests to me that you may be addicted. You may try a mild sedative such as klonepin to get off of the fiorinal/codeine and it will also help with your headaches, relaxing your neck muscles and relieving tension.
