You didn't say which form of imitrex you tried. I have taken the pills, the nasal spray and injections, and found that the only one that would work for me was the injection. I think the pills and spray take too long to get into my system to be effective. The injection works in 10 minutes for me! I LOVE IMITREX! It has made my life almost "normal" again :)
