Have had the pain center in my teeth, the back of my throat, my nose, and of course the eye, over the years. The middle of the night is prime time for cluster for most of us.
The questions about what causes this to occur apparently know no boundaries. The answer is universal as well - nobody knows for sure.
The Imitrex is the current thing if it works for you.
Question - Does your insurance pay for the Imitrex injections. All I could get was tablets which take about twenty minutes to work for me.
