When I had the cancer surgery last May the doctor told me that while they were in there moving and looking at body parts (yuck, that sounds terrible to have someone in there doing that)for any more cancer they moved a vein that runs from the groin up thru the neck into the head.
When they moved mine my pulse went to 20 beats a minute (very low) whenever they moved the vein.
He said this usually doesn't happen. That it was more like a childs vein than an adult. He said as we mature this goes away and in my case it must have not and could be why I have heart problems. (?)
Heart disease runs on both sides of my family (most all died young) and he said they could of had that too. (?)
Also my body temp dropped and they couldn't get that back up either. I spent as much time in the recovery room as I did for the cancer operation.
But my cycle started up the week I came home from the cancer operation rather than go into a remission. It started at a time of year it had never started before.
So you could be on to something that there is a defect somewhere else in the body.
