I have been chronic for 20 years now! I had them down to about four a week. I two am being hit with as many as 3 a day right now. I read this board everyday and try a lot of the things people talk about to see if it helps.I try to stay as far away from depression as possiable. If I get depressed I email a cluster friend and unload my fears and anger of this demon.They are real cool people and come back with a reason to make me laugh! No my friend it is not just you.
