I had also, it's no painful but a little bit claustrophobic, but if it helps you I went to sleep when I had mines, I had 5, the same number of neurologist I have visited. The other thing if it's the same test I had (I'm from spain and I don't know the name in english) if it's to see how the blood runs it doesn't hurt too.
