I appreciate your comments. In fact, my most recent cycle appears to be coming to and end. To your point, so is my period of change in stress! All I can say is that I hope I have very few changes in stress as I get older. You would think that we would be able to manage these things better as we grow older. When I hear of the troubles others are having, its hard for me to complain.
