I did and it was plenty for me. I would always try to start at the lowest lpm and go up if necessary. I have now traded in my concentrator for a tank, only due to being able to transport the tank so much easier when traveling. I still only set my tank on 5 lpm. It works somewhere between 5 to 15 minutes....depending on I don't know what.
