Kill the yeast
Starve the yeast
Replace the yeast
doc darren wrote a heck of a paper on the big picture with this. He's got diet recommendations too.
Print it along with the shortcutts and read the whole thing. Thats where I got a "plan".
Some good info on low and no carbo diets and menus is in the diet books by Atkins.
One is called " The Super Energy Diet"
funny I used to feel better on that diet than I did off. It makes sense now.
Also get some Acidolphillus.
