Back in late 1995 I casually mentioned to my neurologist that my wife and I were trying to have a baby. She said she'd recently come across an article showing that verapamil at a much, much lower dose than what I was usually on was being tested as a male birth control pill. She switched me to a couple other drugs (maybe lithium and a short course of prednisone) and two months later my wife was pregnant. (I was a chronic sufferer from around 1987 till 1998 when I may have turned into an episodic sufferer--started getting ha's again real bad 8/99, and they seem to be just get worse.)
