Yes, that sounds familiar to me. I have experienced definite cycles of better and worse over the years. I would get so much better some times while taking meds, I used to convince myself, "Ya-Hoo, I must be in remission" and I would stop taking the meds, maybe make myself a nice single-malt on the rocks to celebrate. KA-BLAM, right back to worse for a few months. Ouch. After a few years, (I am stubborn and a slow learner) I finally resigned myself to the fact I am chronic, and that there are better times and worse times, and not to trust the better times. I do ease back on meds as much as possible during the good times until I start to get break-throughs.
Yes, Henk, sounds perfectly normal to me; normal for a chronic clusterkid, that is.
