This year is a chronic one for me as well. The last episode I had (2 years ago)
lasted from Jan thru March. This one started in November and is still hanging on.
Maybe it's El Nino. I took Verapamil for about 2 months. It worked fine. I thought my cluster was over.
When I got off the drugs, the CH came back -- although not as severe. I've been taking
plain old benedryl at the onset of a headache. Since my neuro and several resources also
call cluster headaches "Histamine Headaches", thought I'd try an anithistamine. Works
pretty good. Good Luck to all.
