I bought some crystal Light lemonade mix with aspertame (sp?). I drank a lot of it and that night had two terrible CH attacks. I do not use that sweetener any more. It might not have caused the CH but I am not willing to take the risk. I do use sweet and low, however, it is saccarine. No problems there.
